Certified Communities Initiative

The City of Santa Rosa actively participates in the State of New Mexico Economic Development Department's Certified Communities Initiative (CCI) and participates in the NMED Cooperative Marketing Program.  The City of Santa Rosa is committed to community development, economic development, wise use of natural resources, especially water resources, health issues, recreational development, quality of life initiatives, city parks, youth and adult programs, services, and a delivery system that provides opportunities for each and every citizen.
